We request a non refundable Booking Deposit of 40% per with the balance being payable not less then 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. 
Should additional guests cancel or decide to depart early the full ballance is still required and we are unable to offer refunds.
If you cancel before the final ballance is due/payable then you are required to pay 25% of the rental fee.
Please also check with the booking agents VRBO,AIRBNB,ABRITEL,GITES.COM terms and policy when cancelling your holiday.
Your responable for contacting the agents and cancellation of the booking.

We are unable to offer refunds for early departures/cancellations but maybe able to offer you discount should you re-book your holiday with us.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR DISTRUPTION TO YOUR TRAVEL OR STAY.

Please ensure you have taken out the appropriate holiday insurance when booking with us.

Any quotations are only valid for 48 hours unless the full ballance or deposit is paid.

 

PAYPAL is our prefered method of payment.

Please note we kindly ask you to pay the Paypal Money tranfer fee. This rate is normally calcullated during the transfer and you will be asked as the sender to pay the fee not the recipient.
